Concise writing aids in making writing more effective and more clear. Consise writing attracts the attention of reader. it is very cruicial to keep the audience and purpose in mind when evaluating that writing is concise. Concise writing means using the fewest words possible to convey an idea clearly. When we use few words and sentences possible then it is easy to read and understand.

Concise writing helps reader to understand whole message in very less time. When writing is long filled with unnecessary words and phrases then reader loses his attention. Such writing cause reader to give up on reading.The poor writing can be due to poor grammer,ambiguous sentences, poor structure of sentences, use of complex words and unclear focus of writing.

Consiness in writing helps to convey your message in less time with less words possible.In order to make writing more concise, make sentences clean and non repeatitive.for example- I am a manager of marketing. I get a marketing plan from my marketing staff. I find that marketing plan is 10-20 page long with poor grammer, improper structure of information. This will cause me trouble to read such plan and take my too much time. I will immediatly lose interest in reading such plan.

Writing should be focused on catching attention of reader. Writing must create interest and understandable by the reader. when writing is long and boresome then no reader would like to read such writing. Either they refuse to read or not complete the reading. Concise writing keep message on point.

In conclusion, we find that concise writing is very important element of effective writing. It makes writing more professional. Every writing must be concise so that audience will not lose interest and read writing with honesty and open mind.People can fill writing with too much words which makes writing ineffective and not required anymore.
