It appears that there are many individuals who try to enter into the private matters of the other persons. In the field of media such matters occur randomly. So, the person who answers to the questions, must ne aware of the level of questions. On the other hand, the questioner should maintain the decency of doing question. Again, in the field of research such questions are made by the researcher to the participants.
2. According to the EGWA scale, the level of question is determined. It is determined whether the question violates the moral laws or whether the question crosses the limit of decency. It is a type of perception. In this scale the seriousness of the question is made clear. Such questions are directly related to the answer to the research questions. These questions are set on the basis of the ethical principles.
