The compensation package is very important as it is the best way for recognizing and rewarding of an employee for his or her contribution towards a company. A manager or employee can be rewarded in three ways such as direct financial compensation, indirect financial compensation, non-financial compensation. Direct Financial Compensation is a financial compensation that is paid directly to a manager or employee. Indirect Financial Compensation is one that does not involve any money paid towards a manager or employee but it has a financial cost that will be borne by an employee or manager. Non-Financial Compensation is one that does not have a financial cost but causes the job satisfaction of employees or managers.
