Describe each of the following "bluetooth" protocols PLEASE NO PLAGIARISM . :-
Service discovery protocol (SDP)
Telephony control protocol (TCS)
Audio/video control transport protocol (AVCTP)
Audio/video data transport protocol (AVDTP)
Bluetooth prortocols;
Service discovery protocol (SDP)
Telephony control protocol (TCS)
Audio/video control transport protocol (AVCTP)
Audio/video data transport protocol (AVDTP)
Service discovery protocol (SDP);
Service discovery protocol (SDP) is a service which is present in the bluetooth that is used to share the resources from one device to another.It provides services upto certain distance by using the server and client.It store data in Database of Service discovery protocol. it uses Radio frequency proximity for data sharing.
Example; Connecting bluetooth earphones to mobile device.
Telephony control protocol (TCS);
Telephony control protocol (TCS) is used in bluetooth for sharing the data of speech and calls.This protocol share the speech data from one bluetooth device to another device and signals the calls.It is mainly used for telephonic communication.
Example;Sharing voice or speech from one phone to another phone.
Audio/video control transport protocol (AVCTP);
Audio/video control transport protocol (AVCTP) in bluetooth is used for controlling the bluetooth device. it works as a remote for the device where we can change the functions of the device.By using this protocol,It is also used as bluetooth headset device.
Example;Controlling the volume of music,Telivision remote etc.
Audio/video data transport protocol (AVDTP) ;
Audio/video data transport protocol (AVDTP) in bluetooth is used to directly stream the Audio or video from one device to another devices. It includes the transmission of audio and video data.
Example;Playing songs in car using bluetooth ,Amazon echo device etc.
