12. Clinical trials are the form of medical research that involve experiment or observation in order to study new test or drug and involve in evaluating their effect on human health. The new drugs are the key value driver of every research based pharma company. Therefore an effective and effecient measures have to be taken for the successful approval and launching the new drug in market. As a director R&D studies, clinical trials process has changed over the past 10years so to attain maximum benefit taken into consideration the health benefits to population also. The key factor and the success factor determine the R&D output is to increase the efficiency and various steps has been taken forward to attain this goal like reduce project portfolio activities and project risk, outsourcing & sharing risk in the later stage of development, activities to reduce the R&D cost and increase the innovation potential. Measures has been taken to put forward the different ideas in R&D investment.  The company will keep on identifying the right growth strategies required to build up the right core competences for drug R&D internally.
