The current business environment is very dynamic in nature. The current manager and leader need to adapt with fluctuating economic and other marketing situations. The main skill set should be inthe area of decisions making,conflict management , contingency management, change management etc. leaders need to develop young leaders within their team through positive motivation and make them independable and own their work and be responsible and accountable for all action. Managers should guide and mentor their resources to equip them with more capabilities and respresent them before their client and feel them proud to be a part of the process or team.

To become a successful leader and manager personal intend should be there in the area of communication and managing workforce through effective way through a sustainable practices. Business ethics and values should be embedded in the leadership program and has the courage to take decisions which will be favorable for the entire organisation.Both macro and micro environment to be analysed proper and need to conidcon employee concerns,cultural diversity acceptance and managing global team with right attitude.
