Most common fermentation process is the conversion of milk into curd .
In the process , boiled warm milk is introduced with some inoculum curd (lactobacillus source) and kept for 8-10 hours when milk get converted into curd by the lactobacillus bacteria.
From the curd we obtain fats , proteins and curd is healthy food itself , thus fermentation is beneficial process.
