In a short essay of 500-1000 words, describe some of the issues that has arisen with the situation of facebook recently in regards to business ethics? What ethics were violated and how?

Facebook where every is busy with chatting uploading pics and expressing their emotions and updating their live status in order to grab thier friends and family attention.It was started with an intention to interact with their family and freinds who are not availabe near to them for to make friends.

Facebook started its journey in 2004 by Mark Zukerberg along with his fellow students and roommates.Basically it was limited when it was started later it was expanded to added support for students at various universities and than to schools.They began to make available to school students who can have 13 can login and get access to facebook.

Actually it was not that much polpular when it has limited access,very often people login and interact there are less features where just u can upload cannot do any chnages and security of the account was good.In 2012 there are so many registered users and started spending their most of the time on facebook by updating this and that.This is observed by the founder and started introducing different different features like adding smilies,likes,dislikes,comments and status etc..Which attracts the youth and also elder to attract towards it,than started the security problems there are so many fake accounts are registered without following the basic ploicies.People started making frauds using facebook.Founder fails to assure security to the users who are genuinely using it.It forgot to maintain minimum security in storing user data.So many issues comes in to limelight by considering facebook as a medium still we can see some posts which are not properly meet the policy requirements are directly posted.There are so many issues based on religion,caste and few like incidence are updated least bothered adultery content.People started fighting in facebook on some issues.Political parties took this page as a medium to campaign for election.Many accounts are hacked and pics are morphed and uploaded without user intervention.The hackers took this page and started doing crimes by hacking their accounts.

In 2012 facebook chnaged its user's newsfeed without their knowledge for research.This is one of the bigger mistkes that had everdone by any organization.this is the baisc policy where user data should be maintained and complete security should be provided in order to save hos personally as well as preivate data.When facebook was reveled that its exeperimenting on more than 700,000 users emotional state and started sharing the live locations.Many were outraged that the comany had violated the ethical guidelines.this is the serious issue that happened with the facebook without user knowlege they started researching on user data.

It was developed in such a way that we have to provide all our details like social and personal inorder to create a match with the people in that group.Few people are not aware of data security few with nill knowlege will share their personal and private pics in excitement.These details should be closely monitored to avoided.Need proper education should be given before registering in social networking sites.The site owners should take responsiblility in maintaining the data security and proper data should be made availabe and qulaity of the data should be verified inorder to meet the security guidelines.
