The meeting agenda for an engineering meeting should be clear and precise so that every member who is present in meeting must be clear about the goal and purpose of the meeting. Agenda must be to the point and not so long because long meetings and presentations become boring so keeping this thing in mind you have to prepare the meeting agenda to the point and very clear.

Following are the requirements of a good meeting agenda assignment:-

A) Firstly make the purpose and goals of meeting so that it would be very clear to everyone one and also to draw the attention of everyone towards the main frame(topic)
