1. Checking the applicability : To check the applicability of the contract and to check the dispute clause mentioned in the contract. This process applies to the implied or express contracts in regards to personal property, services or construction.

2. Submitting the claim : For the final decision claims are presented in the written form. While submitting the claim parties must verify all the presented data and supporting documents are true and accurate.

3. Judicial views or small claims : Claims are then further sorted out for decision according to its nature that is as per judicial views or by the small claims and accordingly members of board are assigned for further investigation.

4. Final decision : It will be made upon the facts submitted. If the claimer or claimee is found to be misinterepting the data or involved in fraud is liable for the punishment, accordingly decisions are taken.
