These three activities like engage customers in social media, segment markets effectively and develop and use product positioning maps because these are the actual activities which work for better customers brand engagement, actual customers targeting, effectively handling the customers, explaining the products needs to customers, explaining the products unique selling position , brand loyalty, customers surplus etc. Social media has very vast impact on our day to day life and customers are attracting through the social media campaign and customers are engaging in different promotional programs through the Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and other social media. Companies are using big data for promotion of products and services. Targeting and segmenting the market in the best ways so that actual demand or requirement can be served in the market. Selling and promoting the products in that place where actual products requirement are existing and developing. Products positioning strategies that are effectively create the customers requirement through the products marketing and promotional campaign.
