Manager is one of the crucial person who will manage all activities for an organization.Its manager responsibility to understand, monitor and identify the process flow for smooth running of an organization.He/She is the one who create an efficient environment.

A skilled manager is one who can distributes information throughout the organization.There are different types of roles that managers are engage with in and outside of the organization.Its all depends on the kinds of roles that assigned needs to be fulfill by the manager.The manager not only performs other roles but also do justification to the regular work that assigned to him/her.

Managerial roles are categorized into different types according to the organization requirements.They are

  • Information managerial role along with monitor and spokesperson he/she has to collect the information to process is the main activity.Apart from that he/she is responsible in monitoring the activities and acts as a spokesperson. The interpersonal managerial role is to monitor and scan their environment in both the ways and collect and study the valid information to improve its current and outside environment that affect their organization.Based on the information gathered and understood acts as a spokesperson for his/her unit and represent unit by sending the relevant information.

  • Interpersonal managerial role main task is to deal with managers professional relationships with each and every one in the organization to maintain a good relationship that helps to improve the organizational relations with other part of the world. An interpersonal role is involved with figurehead to identify and perform social or legal obligations,also include taking care of visitors to their premises and working on legal documents and customer launch etc. this roles also leads as a leader to influence their organization. Act as a leader to their subordinates to drive his/her ideas and follow his/her guidelines.

  • Decision managerial role is considered as another crucial role in making and implementing decisions,this is one of the critical role to find a strategy to implement a decision through which growth oriented results can be identified. This involved in continuous improving of business activities and identify the technologies and challenges that are facing in the unit. Based on the issues identify and bring new ideas to improve and implement in the organization. This also acts as resource allocator ,navigator and conflict handler for an organization.

Disseminator Role:

A Disseminator main role is before managers can disseminate information,it needs to be collected from inside as well from outside of the organization. Before performing the disseminator role they have to perform the monitor managerial role in which they gather information from all the sources later will be conveyed to their employees in an effective way. In other way it is called as a monitor managerial role.

The main role of the disseminator is to find the factors that influence the business,Its not only identify the facts in it but also find the competitors nearby or going out of the business.The cost related,wages organization economy and new regulation etc will be the disseminator works.

Meeting with employees to summarize and interpret the additional data that is collected,with this identify that everyone in the organization should understands the decision that is going to implement or shift the company market.

There are so many things that needs to be collected in the form of data and facts to identify the information and monitor them in such a way that bring great results to the organization.Its not only depends on monitor the activities but also involved with implementing decisions that can bring results to the organization.
