What are the two types of research hypotheses? How are they
different? How would you determine which type you are testing? What
is meant by “one-tailed” and “two-tailed” tests? Give an example of
a research question for each.
Many employers are monitoring employees to see how many and what
types of phone calls they are making. Some companies also monitor
emails employees send and receive and websites they access. In your
initial discussion post, respond to the following questions:
How might a company benefit from gathering this type of
information?
Why might employees object to being monitored?
Do you think this type of monitoring is appropriate or
inappropriate, from a security perspective? Explain your
answer.
1. How many types of papillae have a human tongue, how many
primary tastes recognized.
2. Which part of the tongue is more sensitive to sweet tastes,
to salty testes, to sour testes, and to bitter testes.
How many types of price discriminations do we have?
Explain how the idea that transactions in a market place work
like an invisible hand is to some extent the idea that when a
person chooses to buy an item at a given price they are happy with
the deal.
