DTP or Desktop publishing means creating printable publications for example pamplets, Brochures,business cards.In this appliction we combine text and graphics(pictures) in a document and then we print and publish it as Books,Visitng Cards,panaflex.Any publication that involves the use of any desktop application for publishing document is called Desktop publication.Ms word is one of the ways to do desktop publication.

You can design the cover of any book, Insert tables in any document, insert pictures in Desktop publication.

I have created a demo document in Word you can create by going on to new document and then insert tab after this on picture and then insert picture.

The full form of pdf is portable document format and its extension is .pdf and it was creted by Adobe in 1993.

we can send and receive text and image data(pdf) on any device like mobile,desktop,laptop,Tablet. It is mostly used in official documents,Legal documents,email,electronic signatures,online documents.

This feature is unique in Word 2019 because you can open any pdf file on your Computer by opening Word then choosing -open-This PC-stored pdf location- pdf file and now it displays the message that it is going to convert it into editable word document and this may take a minute. So the uniqueness is that without any third party software or application we have managed to get it in the form of an editble document.Now we can edit,modify it, make necessary changes .Sometimes we are not able to edit so we can delete the data and retype it. Now we can save it as either pdf or word file..If you save it as pdf and try to open it you might have to choose open with-pdf option.
