Answer 1: The growth of disposition is often reliant on the phase of life an individual is in, and the degree to which one's intensities of characteristics are stable across a certain period. This is based on their age, of course. Research also instigates that genetics affect a person’s personality as well. It is an obvious fact that your personality is different in front of different people and in diverse situations as these people or circumstances frame your personality by bringing out various related traits in you. If you feel you are showing your true traits, which means the people you are with the suit you the most. There are many traits that lie dormant within us and are portrayed only with some people. So, it can be said that we show various personality traits among people.
Answer 2: A person’s behavior depends on the situation he or she is in. People do not behave the same in every situation. It has always been a controversial concern whether it is the personality of a person or the situation they are facing, which is more influential in determining their resultant behavior. But, personality psychologists have stated their belief that personality usually remains consistent in all situations while behavior changes, depending on the factors impelling it.
