1.Sherman antithrust Act :- The sherman act was introduced in US Legislation in 1890's by U.S.sen.John sherman who was an expert in regulation of commerce.This act was introduced to curb concentrations of power that interfere with trade and reduce economic competition.The main provisions outlaws all combinations to restain trade between states and other foreign nations and second provision make illegal all attempts to monopolize any part of trade or commerce in us.
2. The Clayton Act:- This act was passed by the U.S congress in 1914.this act defined unethical business practices such as price fixing and monopolies and upholds various labour rights.
3. Federal Trade comission Act:- This avt was passed in 1914 the main purpose of this law is to protect consumer and ensure a strong competitive market by enforcing consumer protection and antithrust laws that prohibit anti competive mergers and other business pratices that could lead to higher prices,fewer choices and less innovation.
