Reinforcement:We can understand reinforcement as the action to strengthen and encouraging others. Reinforcement can be used in many fields to get better results. In this I will discuss reinforcement in parenting and in education.

Reinforcement in parenting:

As we all children not comes with disciplined behavior, instructions or with any prelearnings. It's parents and our duty to teach them about the society and give good learnings. Parents can positively reinforce their childrens with positive discipline. This discipline increases the strengths like attention,thinking in children. This helps children to find out about personality traits, and interests. Then this allows and stengths children to communicate better according to their decision.

This is positive reinforcement in parenting.

Reinforcement in education:

Positive reinforcement in education. Many of teachers not understand the concept of positive reinforcement with students. This is really depression. Positive reinforcement in classroom or anywhere else helps to strengthen and encourage to work better. But teachers not understand this.

They never rewards students if they learns their lesson or they give right answers of questions. If they are rewarded with smile and some remarks then they feels happy,special and motivated towards their studies. This definitely helps in their performance in exams.

This is how positive reinforcement works in education.
