Training is done to enhance technical and characteristics skill of the subject to make him perform better in the future work.
Training also include certain cost which is bear by the organization or the subject.
Assessment is a crucial part of training as it measure the effectiveness of the training. It judge if training is fruitful for the subject and organization should continue the training in future.
Training difference from education-
Training focus on specific skill , the scope area is narrow and it is short term , in other hand education takes a holistic approach and it covers all the learning , it is long term approach and focuses on long term learning which can be used to gain specific skill by going through various training sessions.
