discuss the controversies with forfeiture in America. What are the issues and where do you fall on these issues? Please discuss how your position.

Introduction- Civil forfeiture in United States is a controversial legal process in which law government take assets from person suspected in crime or illegal activity. This law seems to be violate fundamental right of personal property. This law was proposed against organize crime but in many case we have seen misuse of law.

Pros and Cons- The law is powerful tool to stop organised crime in US but on the other hand it violets the fundamental rights in some conditions.

Each year, prosecutor and law agencies seize large amount of property like cars, homes, cash and other property, with no due process to determine guilt or innocence.

The law provide power to enforcement officers but in some cases we can see the racialism and discrimination to implement law, the property is fundamental right in US so that these cases follow the rule against our constitution.

            I think, law is good to stop organised crime but it must be implemented in appropriate conditions. My position in law implement support moral, ethical and social value of law and society.
