Ethnography can be defined as the systemic study of the people and culture. Ethnography research focuses on observing the behaviour of the participants in a certain specific social situation and also understanding their interpretation of such behaviour.

The code of ethics outlined needs to be followed to give out quality results:

  • ?researcher must be aware of the potential impacts of the research on the groups involved
  • instructors should inform students of the ethical dilemmas of conducting ethnographies and field work.
  • Research must inform all the people associated with research about the purpose, potential impacts, and source of support for the work.
  • Results shoul be declared to everyone associated with research.
  • The researche should not be biased pn his liking and disliking and should try to exert the least impact on the research community.
  • Ethnographer should be focused, oriented and precise.
  • All the methods used should highlight phases of process, change, and stability.
  • All the behaviours should be recorded.
