I have selected personal construct theory for team work. This theory can be translated into an analytical model for obtaining better team work in any organization. This theory tells that generally people develop personal construct about how the world works. Based upon these people make sense of their own observations and experiences. This theory can be better implicated in the organizational setup. In the same way people who works in an organization construct about how other people works in the organization and what all they achieved in the organization. Based upon other people’s style of work and achievement they compare their own style of work and achievement. By analyzing both they try to make them better so that they can also develop those traits. In healthcare organization people learn from each other’s experience and this model can work better because this industry needs such kind of employees
