Solutions

Expert Solution

In accounting we can use the various linear programming techniques used for making the optimal solution. So the researcher can use various mathematical techniques used for the solution.Use of linear programming is helps to find the optimum mix of products and services that leads to maximum profits. In linear programming graphical method is used for finding the best solutions.

In operation research we are used several search tools for finding the solution for the research.Operation research is also a finding solution for the complex problems.Using of various mathematical techniques used for maximising of output of the organisation.Linear programming is the best method used for creating the best result for the organisation. In linear proramming, use of various mathematical equations for the construction of mathematical models. In linear programming considering of the limited resources for construction of the optimum out put.So this is the best tool for applying and solving the problems in accounting.

In this case we can use the reporting as the secondary data collection tool for data gathering. It might be easily accessible and informed decision makling also.Reporting tools also helps to gather the data by chart and tables and this hepls to find the useful information. We can also gather the data form the news papers,NGO reports and website also. There must more choice of alternatives,so we can easily gather the data.So this is the best search tool.

Problems Regarding the collection of secondary data

1.Expensive and difficult to collect.

2.Very difficult to find the solution for each questions.

3.In a qustionnare type data gathering, there is not producing a qualitative type of data.

4.Respondents are not accurately replied the suggested questions.

5.Producing of inaccurate reports leads to unanimous solutions.

6.Exaggerated responds from the officials.

7.Very expensive to administer.

8.Researcher has very little control over the outcome of the research.

We can Improve the data quality By the following ways:

1.We can use the motivation techniques to respondents and the researcher takes a steps to motivate the mind set of respondent and they are willing to provide the data very promptly.

2.Completeness and correctness of data, the researcher also motivate the repondent and making sure that the correctness and completeness of data.

3.Time manaement is another way to gather the data, specific traget date of delivery fixed for the respondent for gathering of data.

4.Data collection through the systematical way, that is a device that collects the data automatically and sends this data to the supplier automatically, this system is helps to collect the accurate data.

5.The respndent is always willing to respond with the researcher.

6.The researcher providing instructions must be correct, accurate, understandable and unambiguous, this makes to collect the proper data.

7.The researcher assure that the respondents have correct staff capacity to provide the data.

8.The researcher assure that the degree to which the information system of data supplier is in proper functioning as well as the right structure.
