Being in teaching field am having personal experiences and also analysed to know more about educational institutions sites and their HR pages. These institutiona are providing informations regarding the job vacancies for the posts of different designations like Lecturers, Assistant professors, Associate professors, Professors, Deen, Head of the departments in various departments such as English, maths, EEE, ECE, MECH, Management, Commerce, Science etc;..

Strengths:

Some of the sites are providing very clear informations such as

• Number of vacancies for each posting
• Educational qualifications requried
• Number of years experience in teaching field & industry
• Additional qualifications required
• Salary details with all the alowances what they are providing
• Additional benefits for the right candidates
• Date, time 7 place where the interview will be conducted
• Place of the post required etc;

With these right information job applicant cn be able to understand the job providers expectations and also whether the expected requirements are suitable for him/her profile.

Weekness:

Some of the sites are not very clear with various informations which is very essential to communuicate to the job applicant. In some of the sites they are not mentioning about

• Number of vacancies
• Actual position of posting
• Actual educational qualifications expectations
• Pay rolls and other allowances etc.,

Becouse of these lack in providing informations job applicants are applying for the post and they are attending the interviews also. After that they are not getting selected becouse of over qualification, Salary expectations and other norms which are not clear at the time of applyinmg for the post of educational fields.
