There are several point which makes different juvinile institution from adult institution.juvenile institution are where children are prisoneed due minor crime like stealing money from others or any resources from school .in juvenile institution the term ARREST does not use while children are taken into custody if they are committed any crime. But in case of adult institution , if they are committed any crime, then the term arrested is used to taken in custody for imprisoned.

In another prespepres, in case of juvenile institution the terminology BOND is not used.so there is no provision of bond for juvonile child expect in serious crime.But in adult Institution ...BOND term is used which means an aggrement defender are promised to prensence in every court hearing and there is proper provision of bond to release the adult criminal.

In institutional management, both are affect greatly.juvenile deliquency are make institution hamperd.they are not only confined himself but influence other to indulged themselves with such kind crime .it is now another serious social diseases and various kinds malpractice are often seen like taking drugs, heroine, morphine etc in educational institution.On the other hand adult crime are increasing day by day and make casuse various social problem.so institutional management should take serious consideration in this prespective. Various lwas and policies should be framed to properly managed this institution.

Enourmous juvenile are confined in House of adult facilities.They are treated and provide facilities as like adult house.therefore the juvenile are suffered with sextual assult, physical punishment, they are made extreme level harmed in cognitively and emotionally.even they are suffered such kind sextual transmitted diseases and HIV infection due abusive sex.

In the following way the difference betwee adults and juveniles affect policies in juvenile Justice.

The juvenile Justice system protect the minor and children who are not enough mature to commit brutal crime.the main focus is given to protect the child and develop understanding for not to repeat crime. Juvenile are given more concentrate on deliquency but in adult insInstitut given focus on criminality.in juvenile system major objective is to given protection through doing several cure activities and in adult system, mainly focused on given punishment.in juvenile Justice, play major role to defend and protect the child.in early year, child got punishment due to criminality but now juvenile Justice law give scope to full refrom and protect them from criminal activities.so juvenile justice should make Strong .
