The most effective business strategy that xiomi follows is less profit per product but more sales. it sell smart phones at price less than competetors.it isles involved in advertising and marketing leading to less advertising cost. It usually puts up a sale with limited no. of Units of the product which result in less warehouse cost. Xiaomi offers not more than 2-3 products in the market at a single time thus making money at the later end of the product life cycle leading to economies of scale due to higher demand.

Valuable-Smartphone is the products that do not have much alternatives do they are always worthy and valuable.
Rarity-it has an operating system development capability and a high-quality product development capability at low prices.
Imitability-MIUI is updated once per week. Thus, much manpower and time are required in order to imitate them.
ORGANIZATION-it does not believe in mass production to increase their market share. It follows the limited marketing strategy. It does not have its own production line so it will inevitably fall behind in the competition with larger competitors
