1. Excellent Listener.

2. Strong ability of analyzing and organizing the information from multiple source.

3. Highly passionate about exploring concept and pleasent behaviour.

these three concepts are important because -:

1. Excellent Listener - it is because Business analyst works as a junction between business and client , so analyst have the great ability to listen the requirement from the client very silentlyby giving their requiremnet details as top priority.

2. Strong ability of analyzing and organizing the information from multiple source - since end user does not have enough knowledge about feature of product so that there may be case that requirement given by client may not be as much appropriate thus the real analysizng ability of analyst will comes in picture and they analyze and organize things in appropriate manner so satisfy client need as well as business policy.

3. Highly passionate about exploring concept and pleasent behaviour - Growth of business is the main goal of any organization to maintain their suprecy in cometitive market , thus organization need highly passionate dedicated business analyst who worked on ground zero for organization and give top most exposure to organization.
