The huge quantity of data which often lie idle in organisations can play a pivotal role in many dimensions for the company. A significant benefit that can be leveraged from such data. Hiring and training employees is a costly process for firms, and thus retaining those employees are highly important. These data can be used to help this process and decision-making in various areas such as helping in recruitment by matching jobs with candidates and design personalised interview probes. It can be used to retain employees through the following ways -
1) Identify the learning potential of employees to help them with training
2) To promote fairness
