The major purpose of RFP is to inform suppliers or companies that funding is available for a particular project and attract them for submitting meaningful bids.

Statement of Work (SOW):
Purpose:
The main purpose of SOW is to inform suppliers or vendors about the project activities, timelines deliverables and constrains.
