Expert Solution

Below are some of the points to keep in mind while negotiating with people from Singapore and these points would form part of the information session:

1. Dont be too aggressive: It is important to negotiate calmly and explain your viewpoint peacefully to people from Singapore. It is not advised to shout or be too aggressive or angry in your approach. Abusing is strictly prohibited and should not be done.

2. Talk with a lot of respect: Singapore has a culture of giving a lot of respect to the people and you must also keep in mind not to insult someone while negotiating with them, especially from this country. They have culture of mutual respect for each other.

3. Dont overtry: In case negotiation is not successful and the person is not convinced, it is not advised to overtry in order to convince that person and make a deal with him/her. Overtrying and pushing people is considered as a disrespect in Singapore.
