The biggest problem of strategic planning is the problem. Ultimately, the strategy is to allocate resources to those areas, which will have a huge positive impact on enabling the organization to fulfill its mission and its vision. Thus, strategies have the potential to have a significant impact on how an organization does business. These potential changes can jeopardize the current situation and are generally not known when a strategic plan is committed. People

With efforts to reduce special events and to invest in their planned delivery, there is concern that the process of entering contact data from special events will become part-time.

Structure

The structure represents the organizational structure through the roles of staff and the relationship with the report as well as the governing structure of the council.
