The things that keeps me up at night are ;
● Aches and pains.
● Television, telephones, and other technology.
● Stress
● Environmental distractions like light, noise and pets.
● Hunger or thirst.
These were the major things.
■ Let me explain a difficult ethical dilemma that i had encountered.
My best friend was having a really big financial problem. He asked me to help him financially. My dilemma was that I helped him twice on similar situations. We both know what the cause of his financial problem. He was addicted to gambling. I helped him twice financially to save his business and he still went to bankruptcy, the money was also never returned.
This time, I have to refuse to help him, I was being honest to him by telling that i couldn't help him this time, he is running in circle, facing the same problem and also my wife didn't agree to help him again.
He was very disappointed because he said that I was his last hope and he badly need the money to save his family from a loan shark. And I did feel bad about it, because he always help me whenever i need. The only thing I could do to him was to talk to the loan shark to gave him more time, and thankfully they did. I am still helping him, not financially, but i tried to boost his motivation to be able to come back, introducing him to a potential customers amd suppliers, getting fresh ideas to rebuild his business, and keeping him away from his bad addiction.
■ Execute employee ideas and reward successful innovation.
Initiate a strategy to execute innovative ideas and embrace change. If ideas are never taken to action, employees will view their efforts to be useless and lose motivation to bring ideas forward. Most employees have interests outside of work and possess varied backgrounds. They may have acquired skills in previous fields that they don't even realize can be applied to their current position. Bringing those skills to a job that doesn't explicitly require them can create innovative ways of getting ahead.
☆ Personality traits are distinguishing qualities or characteristics that are the embodiment of an individual's. They are our habitual patternsof behavior, temperament and emotion.
Skills on the other hand, are the learned capacity to carry out specific tasks. They are competences or the talents to do things. These proficiencies can include critical thinking, manual, negotiation, outdoor, presentation or technological. Typically, skills are special abilities that are acquired through training and experience. I have found an abundance of personality traits that are characteristic of successful people. However, I the following is my top list. Successful people tend to be/have :
1. Attitude
2. Ethical
3. Goal Focused
4. Listener
5. Persistent
6. Self-Aware
7. Self-Confident
8. Self-Discipline.
● A major accomplishment that shaped my carrer was:
At my last position, I oversaw the implementation of a new software system, which is now used by over 100 employees. I developed a customized training program, worked one-on-one with about one-quarter of the employees and introduced an incentive program to ensure that they stay current with the software. This allowed me to practice planning a large-scale project and motivating a sizable group of employees.
■ Following are my future goals that i wish to accomplish within the next year.
1. Marriage and Family Harmony
2. Proper Mindset and Balance
3. Financial Stability
4. Service and Social Responsibility
