In general, do you think personality indicators are good or poor predictors of an individual’s behavior? In the case of conformity, who conforms? Identify two personal characteristics that are important to understanding who conforms.
The Personality indicators are certainly good predictors of behaviour. If the the person is introvert, he would not enjoy social gatherings much or even he would have close group of friends with whom the person would share everything or share secreats. If the person is fun loving and out going he would have many friends or even open minded. The thinking confirms in case of confirmity. Hence it is always the battle between the mind and heart in layman's language. If the thoughts (personality indicators) matches with the external world then there is no problem. If there is problem in confirming then some may find it easy or difficuilt to mould their thoughts. Fleixible personality trait would adjust more easily.
Hence the two personality indicators are understanding of the thoughts, thinking over it- as in if there lies any advantage or is it disadvantageous. Another is flexibility as mentioned above, the things should be brought into practise into execution. Open or free minded person can easily do that.
