1. OXYGEN:
oxygen is most important element in human body, it is single most abudant element in human body making up 65% of bodymass.
as we clearly know that human body breath oxygen in every second and how important it is, along with this oxygen has more functions in body.
During the cellular resipiration cells use oxygen to break down sugar to produce ATP.( ATP is molecule that supply cells with energy)
65% oxygen together form hyhrogen form water, which is the primary solvent found in the body and used to regualte temperature an osmatic pressure.
.2. MANGANESE:
manganess is also an essential trace element in human body.It hepls in activate powerful antioxidant enzymes.
it plays crucial role in protecting mitochondria.
it helps in the production of catrilage and collagen, whhich in fast recovery of wound injuries.
manganees helps to form connective tissues, bone, blood clotting factors.
it plays important role in fat and carbohydrate metabolism, blood sugar regulation.
it also very useful for brain and nerve function.
