What is a snack food that contains carbohydrates, proteins, and fats with one gram or more?
There are a vast variety of foods which contains carbohydrates, protein and fats whicb we include in our daily diet.
Carbohydrates is essential for enery build up. We usually eat carbohydrate rich foods mainly.
Proteins are required for development of muscle mass.
Fats provide energy and they provide cell growth.
Lets see the snack foods which contains these three,
1. Carbohydrates : The snacks which can be included in diet are cereals, roasted nuts, popcorns, green bananas etc which contains more than one gram carbohydrates and they will not gain weight but helps in weight loss too.
2. Proteins : The healthy snacks more than one gram and containing protein are yogurt, chickpeas, nuts, legumes, eggs, fried meats etc. They can be taken during tea time or in between meals.
3. Fats: The sources of fats are from milk and milk products, cheese, butter, meat products etc. As a snack we can prepare a combination of bread and butter or bread and cheese along with meats and can be eaten as sandwich. They can be taken with tea snack. These food products are also more than one gram.
Note: Thus it is essential to maintain proper diet every day. We can include carbohydrates, proteins and fats in our daily diet in the form of snacks also which is not unhealthy to us.
