the Ronald Reagan stated that government was the problem and not the solution to the nation’s woes. by saying that statement he thought that governement is using its resources for thier personal benefits & decreasing the eceonomy of the country. regan wanted to reduces the size of governement by folloiwng methods-

- cut down the  growth of government spending.

- reduce the Both income taxes and capital gains taxes

- redcuce the expansion of the money supply.

- Regulations on businesses

How did Reagan expand the reach of government?

instead of decresing the size of government he ends up expaniding the reach of government in his presidency. he reduced the tax rated which decreases the tax revenue for the governement & governement faced financial crisis for investement to increase the economy of the country.in his presidency, instead of decreasing government, budget deficits, and the national debt, all turns out to be th opposite. the country natinal debts has become triped under this republican president.
