Having a problem that needs a solution, and implementing the resolution to the problem at the conclusion of the research. Would you agree with my determination, or do you have your own ideas in regards to this topic?
Considering the topic, it is very important to articulate the problem more concisely and clearly to understand the criticality or importance of the problem or may be this problem is related to the organization’s mission and long-term strategy. It also important to assign certain value to the solution for the problem to devote some time and resources for the same. It is always good to begin with the step of establishing the solution need by understanding the basic need, desired outcome, who are the beneficiaries, etc., followed by justifying the need, desired benefits and how to measure them and to have implementable solution. It is always good to investigate why the past efforts failed for the same problem, what were the approached used to solve the issues, what were the constraints while implementing the solution. Thus, it is important to formulate the problem statement by understanding if the problem still feasible to solve, requirements for the solution, from where the information come and fulfill the need for the problem, make sure on the evaluation and measurement criteria.
