CSR is a scientific approach of Organizational duties towards the larger benefits of the society, however it might have a bureaucratic angle too hence is affected by the Corporate power too. Besides, the growth in size of corporate enterprises, education and impact of business activities in society and the claims made by Companies on society also have impact upon the Corporate social responsibility. However, more particularly, when relating it to the Corporate power, it is to be noted that most of the mature management has started realizing that only socially responsible behavior can work towards building favorable public opinion. It is not that they are altruistic - not because they are interested in public relations. The managers have to face a dilemma of where to draw a line. We have an anomaly of economic analysis as a only reliable way versus over concentration of profits which has led to a number of examples of no consideration to:

                - Environmental health

                - Worker safety

                - Consumer interests and other side issues.

Therefore, the Professionals find the doctrine of social responsibility as incompatible in a free society. In a free society, a corporate executive is an employee of the Firm’s owners. He has direct responsibility to his employers and this is how a Corporate power in a way impacts the act of the CSR. Under CSR, there is an internal focus laid upon:

• How and what type of people we should have
• How and why working conditions can be and should be improved
• How the computer / models could be used in decision making

The implications of the management is that CSR helps in building a favorable Corporate image. This Corporate image could be built up in many ways such undertaking socially responsible CSR activities or through actual performance of good conduct in the treatment of their workers, customers and all other stakeholders whom they consider an asset to the Company. These stakeholders may in turn help in spreading the good word across the industry thereby further boosting the goodwill and image of the company. Businesses and communities have the sense of 'serving the society' common to make them interdependent.
