Answer) Costco is considered by the public to be one of the top Companies in the world when it comes to ethics and morality. Costco has a very ethical work atmosphere and business policies which people do trust. The pay their Employees almost 30% above the market rate and also have high fringe benefits such as retirement funds, health care etc making it one of the most desirable Companies to work in. They have a ethical work atmosphere where Employees needs are specially taken care of and their inputs are valued. Costco also major's in providing best quality products at lowest cost possible. People Belive that if they buy products from costco, they will get excellent customer service and good quality products.

Costco has followed the Moral model of management ethics where Costco Belives to work in ethical standards and fairness. They don't do something for profit which contrasts their ethical code of conduct for ex- A spainish Company was selling sugar below the manufacturing cost and Costco couldn't compete with them in that segment, so instead applying any unethical policy, they dropped that product. This shows that they always care about their customers to have Ethical procedures and means of delivering products.
