Business ethics are consisted of moral principles & moral rules that are followed inside a business environment. As we see that some ethics are necessary to be followed for reaching a business entity to new heights. Every business operated in an internal & external environment and such internal & external factors are very important for smooth running of a buiness entity hence we can say that a business entity must follow some buiness ethics towards various conerned stakeholders. In other words we can say that there are always something right & wrong in a business entity hence following right business affairs can be made with the help of adopting business ethics, thus we can say that business ethics are the written and unwritten business principles & values that are very helpful in proper functioning of business activities.

In present time all business entities need to handle various stakeholders in a fair & reasonable manner so that their interests can be meet out perfectly without violation of business legal commitments. These can be done with the help of proper implementation of business ethics such as (business moral). So it is true that business ethics are very essential in practical to get goals of a business fulfilled and also it helps in getting interests of stakeholders fulfilled. A business entity focus on the followings while working under business ethics in its’ operations;

1. It focus on the fulfilling basic human needs

2. It focus on fulfilling its’ social obligations

3. It focus on decision making which is based on majority

4. It adopt correct professional work culture

5. It focus on bringing equality or removing all types of discrimination.

6. Respect of all religions and all sections of the society.

7. Proper profit sharing amongst all stakeholders etc.

So at last we can say that without following business ethics we cannot imagine about the success of a business entity because to reach at overall growth a business entity must be careful about the all stakeholders in fair & reasonable manner. Hence business ethics is the backbone for any business entity.
