4.What is central for YOU while you get rewarded? What sort of reward is suiting you and when?
Answer 3= Flexibility means adapting to changing requirements and environmental factors. The flexibility is an important element in order to be successful in any job or business. It indicates that the person can change as per the prevailing situations and thus he is more adaptable and accommodating to the changing requirements. The consequences of flexibility can be measured how well the person is able to meet the changing requirements and demand of the prevailing situation. A person with greater flexibility will be able to perform the tasks more apt fully than the one who is not flexible.
In order to make the flexibility work, it is important that the person must be having the vigilant attitude and look for the changing requirements of the organization and environment and then try to change the actions , traits and work as per the changing requirements

The main central element of being rewarded is to get motivated to attain the greater level of performance and involvement in the job. If the rewards are adequate and according to the requirement of the individual, the person will put his best on the job so that greater level of rewards can be obtained.
Both intrinsic and extrinsic rewards are important for me as it will help me to satisfy both my financial requirement and psychological requirements. The rewards will be best suited when I am going to start the new task or faced with some difficult task as it will motivate and inspire me more.
