Social imagination is the process of making ourselves capable to avoid thinking the same pattern of thinking and enable to think from alternative perspective. It includes to come consider the activities around us from social perspective, how they connect each other and how they influence and get influence by each other.

In order to have a social imagination I keep myself way from the similar routine and find an alternative to think better and effective approach. My competency is common to sociological perspective globally. It enable me to take decisions independently instead of following norms set up by society. This way I come to know the social problems more deeply and could find some solutions of that.

I use sociological imagination to make personal connections to larger changes in the world by way of using alternative methods of interacting with the more people and discuss with them about the ongoing societal issues. It is possible by way of increasing social contacts and becoming more socialize it would teach me various things and help me in making unique connection with the society.

There are many people who have different sociological imagination from mine as they have different perspective and thinking approach. For example :- one of my uncle is in favor of abolishing death penalty Whereas according toe death penalty is necessary for dangerous criminals to teach other criminals lesson and providing justice to victims.
