Ans: Its very important to improve the customer-to-customer relationships, It is not depending on how much your product is good but it absolutely depending on your staffs ability and the only thing that every customers remember is the sincere interaction that they had experienced with the staffs and the company.
Some of the major things to improve customer to customer relationship are:
1. Improve customer service skills- The main thing is to ensure that the customer service is having the ability to deal with customers needs.This managing cannot be done with any kind of software. Patience and empathy are very important in this field because some of the customers may be irritating and some others may be asking lots of questions. All customers are having different mind set and are coming from different places and may be having different moods, so be adaptive to their situations.Clear communication is the nest most important thing because the customers want to understand what you exactly mean.
2. See every touch point- If we are getting a negative experience from a consumer can break your relationship with the customers.To ensure that you have shown all your skills, you may have to make it sure that they are being shown consistently.
3. Developing staffs engagement is a great way to ensure the customers are having a best experience if any employ are not okay with the strategies then they can say their problems and can be solved, so a staff survey should we done in current interval of time.
And lastly we can say that, it is mandatory to provide your customers a path to give feedback and improve customer service master plan.
