Managing work-induced stress is a balance, of time management and knowing the difference between work and personal time. Time management is key because you know a lot of things need to be done at work and some fields will take more time then others. Planning out your day is key to managing the work load stress. Plan out what you want to accomplish and keeping it as simple as possible. Then schedule your breaks with in the day, sometimes you have to get your mind off something to refresh your brain to refocus so you don’t burn out.


Knowing the difference between work time and personal time. You have to work on flipping the switch. I have noticed when You take work home, you tend to stress out more and have a nervous break down because there is no escape. Having your personal time to relax and chill, so you can go to work and be refreshed. Knowing the balance and time management is key to managing work-induced stress.

I agree with the statement. Work induced stress could only be tackled by managing and ascertaining a time for work and personal life. Stress is a necessity, as it helps one to stay in focus on the work and to meet new challenges in the workplace. But when this stress takes out your leisure time or the happy state of your mind, even while you aren't on your working hours, tends to be a serious problem.
An individual should be able to balance his/her work and personal life. There should be a clear cut plan to divide the time for both personal and work time. Neither of these should intervene in another's time. Recent studies state that workplace stress is common in every economic sector.
Indeed, we can't control our work environment. But this doesn't mean that we are helpless at all. If this stress is affecting your health, then it is time to take the decision. As it is your life and it's precious than anything else.
