Project management: The entire process of handling a project right from inception till the closure of the project is known as project management.
Integration: The integration of project management is important to achieve the goal and target of the organization. A particular task would be allocated to the project team as where the members in the team should plan, coordinate, execute and complete the work through monitoring. The innovation of the project is an important part of integration as where that makes the company project to be more competitive in the market.
Scope:The scope of the project is to find out the objective or purpose. This is the initial and first step in any project without which there would be no meaning to the project. The main things to be identified here are why this project has to be done and for what reasons.
Time:The time management of the project impact on the productivity, as where when the project is completed on allocated time it would satisfy on the needs of the customer and clients. The time should be planned accordingly to complete the task by the project team, because it might effect on the organization reputation if the project is not completed.
Cost: The cost plays a major role in the project management, without allocating the budget the project cannot be further continued, as that impact on the closure and delivery of the project. The work breakdown structure helps the project management to understand on the cost allocated towards each task and that positively impact the project to be completed on the budget.
Quality: The quality of the project is important which covers on the brand image of the company. The high quality would reduce the errors of the projects, which impact on satisfying on the needs of the clients. The project team should identify on the standard quality and ensure to get the best outcome
Human Resource: To find out which team would work on the project, what skills needed and how many people are needed is important aspect under human resource in project management. Allocating right people to the right project is the core in this process.
Communication: Right from the conception from the project effective communication is a must. It would include the topic of the project, its concepts, theories, and the names of the team members working, the skill they need to be prepared on it etc has to be communicated through written or oral communication.
Risk: The project risk would be to analyze what are the hurdles which would come up in each stage of the project, these are called identified risks and solution to these risks also has to be kept handy. There may be unidentified risks in the project which may arises suddenly and the project manager should be ready to face the same.
Procurement:The company culture is maintained through Project Procurement Management and the procurement team handles on standard work to complete the project task within the available time limit. The quality, risks etc can be understood by procurement, as the team will involve with the working process of manufacturing to delivering the goods and services to the customers.
Stakeholder:Important stakeholders in the project would be the management of the organization, the first line managers, and team members, members from other department and sometimes outside consultant and clients too. All these stakeholders have to work hand in hand for a successful project.
