So the term scarce resources is the crucial term which signifies the importance of resources in the economy to sustain.There is always the race among the different economies to expand their output growth or GDP so they can retain their hegemony in economic power. So the lust to increase GDP or output in the economy leads to production irrespective of the concern for the natural resources degradation.This rises the social cost in the economy although which is not seen and bear by any person in present but have a serve impact of this social cost in future.So to solve this problem of degradation of natural resources Green GDP is considered as an important tool to measure the output growth and GDP of the economy as it accounts for sustainable development of the economy.
