119.01. (2)(a) states that the Automation does not erode the rights of public records which access these records. Each agency increases its use and dependence on the Electronic recordkeeping. Hence, they need to provide reasonable public access. They must ensure that exempt or confidential records are not disclosed except as otherwise permitted by law.
