Describe someone you have worked with past or present that you consider a change agent and provide examples of what contributed to your view
1st part:
Leading with a team and working by following the instructions of the newly assigned team leader in a project of an international client is challenging. Prior the project seems to have not working as per the expectations of the clients as it was previously handed over to the existing team leader who has less knowledge about the fact and lack of visions in the project. But, as the organization assigns a new team leader in the existing place, the project is smoothly working and the team leader is just acting like a change agent. The change that the new leader has brought made the clients satisfy by fulfilling their needs and demands. The team member has witnessed someone who has the excellent depth and having the soft attitude towards the team in the sense of motivating the employees and giving them the opportunity to excel the ideas in the work.

Contributed view:
For an example; the company has taken up a project with a leading
software company to build a system of data security. The existing
team leader has not correctly analyzed the project and has given
the responsibility to the team member to divide the part equally,
also has not supported enough for the queries raised by the team.
This has caused the client’s dissatisfaction on the project as the
project was lagging into its delivery process.
At the very moment, the new team leader has been assigned to the same project in place of the previous leader. The new team leader has taken up the task of the project and has assigned the members of the team as per their experiences and skill. The team leader has shown a great coordination with the team and has proved with excellent decision-making skills in the project. The leader has interacted with the client and made them satisfy with the team performances in the project. An extended support has been provided by the leader to each team member and has given the chance to showcase own skill with sharing own ideas, that too also implemented in the project. The agent in the form of a team leader has changed the way of taking a project and has shown the character of effective listening to the team members, highly responsible, flexible, point focus, knowledgeable, and having the persistent to promote the organizational process by satisfying client’s requirements with the extended cooperation among the team members for maintaining the growth of the organization.
