Hello Dear,

Here , I am providing you a solution. I hope it will help you a lot.

Solution: Design for Manufacturing (DFM) it can be describe as a method/way of designing parts, components or products for ease of manufacturing with an end goal of developing a better product at a economical way without reducing the quality of product.

This can be done by simplifying, optimizing and refining the product design.

The three key elements of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) is ;

1. Process : It is first step, in this key element chose a Proper, simple and economical Manufacturing process to making/creating a parts/components.

Like we can chose transforming method (low capitalized method) in the place of chosing injecting moulding (high capitalized method) for Manufacturing parts of product.

2. Material : Second key element is Material Selection , In this aspect we have to know & optimize material properties it helps in manufacturing product which works long life.

Like , Mechanical properties to know material strength , ductility, stress , strain and so on.

Thermal properties to know its heating capacity.

Electrical properties to know its conducting and insulating capacities.

3. Compliance/Testing : Third key element of DFM is compliance and regular testing for refining the product with considering safety and quality standard in priority. Should be authorities the manufactured product by ISO standard.

Conclusion - DFM helps in increase quality of manufactured or designed product with reducing cost in economical way.
