Core product: A core product or services are the basic product or services which is provided the company. The basic features of core product is that it make the customer to buy the products by their use and importance or provide the services like solutions to problems.Core products is the finished products for the company those are producing it and the company who are buying that products. The products are of three types these are the core product, actual product and the augmented product of which we are discussing about the core products which basic needs and benefits to the customers. The actual product which defines the physical presence and quality of the product and the augmented product means which provides the features to the customers to make use of core product. This core product use helps the business organisation to be successful by understanding their customers needs and wants.
Supplemental features : As the name suggests the supplemental features which gives the value added benefits and importance with the utilisation of core products or we can say that this supplementary benefits provided with the core product benefits for example like free delivery, providing training, and free installation and many benefits to fulfill the customers needs and making good impressions on customer for further services.
Symbolic and experimental benefits : In this element the simple window shopping or simple shopping or visiting at any place gives the satisfaction and impact a good impression which provides the symbolic value to the good experience and improves the attitude towards the products and services which they have purchased. By experiencing and experimenting in shopping or making purchases of goods and services impacts a symbolic and experimental benefits to the customers which is very much useful for the successful accomplishment of goals and objectives of the organisation.
