1. Strengths:
The company has a well-recognized brand image, which helps the business organization gain a competitive edge over any other food delivery service business.
Furthermore, the company also has experienced staff and a very integrated and robust delivery system with proper packing and providing convenience for the busy lives of their clients.
The company also provides its service at lower prices than the service quality they are providing to their clients.
The company also provides fresh food to its customers while being the time-bound.
2. Weaknesses:
The company has a high turn over because usually people or employees working for such companies do not work for the full-time job, they usually work for delivery systems as a part-time job because of low salaries and whenever the people walking over there get the better opportunity, they leave the job causing high turnover.
Such food delivery services also increases the cost of the food because of which people do not prefer using such delivery services because it just makes the food costly.
Opportunities:
Increase in organization and business in the skills of people living there; now, most people prefer to work, and as a result, they do not get time to cook food for themselves, and they prefer to get it delivered by any food delivery service.
Furthermore, coronavirus is also acting as an opportunity for Doordash. Now, people prefer home and get their food delivered instead of going to the restaurant and eating there.
Threats:
increased competition for door dash can act as the primary threat for the company and economic downturn because of which coronavirus is also acting as a threat for the business organization apart from being an opportunity. The unemployment rate worldwide is higher than ever because of the pandemic circumstances, and people do not have money to spend on any food delivery service.
